2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in or completing a form.

• sb-auth-token: Supabase authentication session token. Expires when you log out or session expires.
• csrf-token: Cross-site request forgery protection token. Session-based.
• __Host-next-auth.csrf-token: Next.js security token. Session-based.

2.2 Functional Cookies

These remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as your preferred role filter or location.

• ova-prefs: Stores your UI preferences (shift filters, tab state). Expires after 90 days.

2.3 Analytics Cookies

These help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. All data is aggregated and anonymized.

• _vercel-analytics: Vercel Web Analytics — anonymous pageview tracking. No personal data. 30-day expiry.

2.4 Third-Party Cookies

Some of our service providers may set cookies through the Platform:

• Stripe: Payment fraud prevention and session management. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps: Location and mapping features. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How to Manage Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings:

Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using core Platform features such as logging in.

4. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Platform does not currently respond to them differently. Our use of analytics is limited to anonymous, aggregated data regardless.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
